Application Support Analyst
.- Provide second- and third-line operational support and to ensure timely and efficient resolution of application-related incidents and service requests.
- Accurately assess customer problems as a whole.
- Tasked with conducting acceptance testing to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application as well as carry out ad hoc duties.
(1) Experienced in Helpdesk, Service Desk and Support (Application and Technical)
(2) Understanding and knowledgable of the ITIL Framework, Ticket Life Cycle, and SDLC
(3) Experienced working with Microsoft products and Microsoft SQL Server database
(4) Experienced in eCommerce solutions, CMS, APIs and payment gateways, processes and integrations
